You've just gotten a new job!
Yes, you're the new apprentice for Death. The Grim Reaper.
It's your job to help gather souls. Only thing is, you can't just go and kill people to get their souls, it has to look natural, like an accident! And you can make this job in a very fun way, using amazing powers to do things like flood places, turn machines on and off, create dangerous chemical reactions and much more. That means for example setting up bottles, knives, brooms, and other regular objects in such a way as to create deadly (as well as amusing) chain reactions.
The Death's Life features a series of challenging puzzle in different daily situations. To advance in the game you must find and interact with the objects in the scene to solve the puzzle, triggering a sequence of events and causing the "accidental" death of your victims.
Try a day in Death's Life. Dying has never been more fun!

Witziges Kettenreaktions Point & Click Puzzle mit sehr vielen Referenzen in der Popkultur.
Auf jeden Fall originell mal selbst wie in Final Destination für "Unfälle" zu sorgen und auch mit spektakulären Ergebnissen. Allerdings hat man es recht schnell durch, es ist wenig komplex und hat kaum wiederspielbarkeitswert.

I really got a kick out of this game! I had a lot of fun and the puzzles were sooooo rewarding! I liked the horror references even though I didn't even get all of them! Thanks so much, I had a blast!

I just purchased this game, but it doesn't let me click new game, even tho it's white, but Continue is grey and it allows me to do that, but once after completing the kitchen level, it only says "replay" without any option of continuing, can you please help me?
Hi,
Can you please check if there's a file named "dl.sav" inside the game folder? This file should be at "Deaths Life_Data\Save" folder.
We suspect that the folder where you extracted/installed the game doesn't allow to save data. Can you tell us where did you extracted/installed the game please?

I downloaded it after purchasing from itch.io to my desktop. I run both mac & windows. There is no save folder.

I thought the art style for this game was really cool and there were some funny moments that I caught. :P I might do a full playthrough of all the levels so here's my first episode:
